The three-key Las Colinas apartment complex was built in 2004 and so offers modern accommodation in an enviable location - the centre of Costa Teguise is just 1km away and Lanzarote's international airport is a short 20km drive. Right next to the apartment complex is a large water park, ensuring the Las Colinas is a popular choice among young families.
There are 48 one bedroom and studio apartments within the complex, each one extremely spacious, modern and comfortable. All rooms are simply furnished yet come complete with every facility you are going to need in order to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The rooms comprise separate bathroom with hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, private terrace or balcony and air conditioning throughout. The studios are suitable for up to three adults while the one bedroom apartments can sleep four comfortably.
