The La Bocaina villa complex offers three-star rated accommodation located 400 metres from the sandy beach at Puerto del Carmen. There are just six three-bedroom villas at the complex, which is aimed at large families and groups of travellers seeking an affordable and well-located break in the Canarian sunshine. The airport is approximately 8km away and the centre of town is reachable, on foot, in less than ten minutes.
The villas are each furnished and decorated in a traditional Canarian style, with stone floors and white walls throughout, shielding guests from the almost year-round heat and sunshine. Inside, the villas are clean and the furnishings are new and of a good quality. The villas comprise three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a furnished lounge with satellite TV and telephone, a fully-equipped kitchen and a garden area with its own private pool.
Maid service is provided twice a week. There are no communal facilities at the complex, but the immediate area is teeming with plenty of facilities (supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc) and attractions (the beach, plenty of bars, nightlife and national parks) to ensure guests at La Bocaina enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
